The Family Dance
Helping parents and children reconnect through play and understanding
Being a kid can be hard. Being a parent can be hard too. When emotions run high or connection feels off, play can open the door back to understanding.
I use Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) to help children express what they’re feeling in ways that make sense to them—and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) to help parents strengthen that bond through empathy, play, and confidence.
"Together we can do great things" -Mother Teresa
Together, we focus on rebuilding calm, connection, and trust in your home—so your child feels seen and you feel capable. If you’re feeling stuck or unsure what your child needs, let’s start with a Parent Consultation (30–45 minutes) to explore where to begin.
