Helping parents and children reconnect through play and understanding

Being a kid can be hard. Being a parent can be hard too. When emotions run high or connection feels off, play can open the door back to understanding.

I use Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) to help children express what they’re feeling in ways that make sense to them—and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT) to help parents strengthen that bond through empathy, play, and confidence.

As a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist and mother, Melanie combines healthcare and mental health expertise to support families facing everyday challenges. Drawing from her nursing background and psychotherapy specialization, she provides comprehensive emotional and physical wellness guidance.
